We all go through it at some point and we might have even been the ones doing the ghosting but why do we do it? And how can we cultivate better relationships with our friends?
My guest today is Melody. She discovered me through the podcast and then came to a talk on Self-love I was hosting last year. We instantly hit it off and have stayed in touch since. I don’t tend to spend much time on social media but when I do, I like to look at stories and see how everyone is living their best life. I read a series of stories from Melody about this topic and just knew we needed to talk about it.
