In each 90-minute class, you will enjoy a deep, relaxing meditation. You'll gain access to a heightened level of self-awareness that promotes a calming and joyful existence; and improves connection to your true Self, enabling you to discover clarity for questions you're seeking answers to.

What happens in class?

Wisdom Within classes are ideal for beginners and those who are looking to authentically enhance their meditation practice.

We begin with a gentle introduction from Puja McClymont to set the tone for the session.

Following this, we lie on our backs in śavāsana and begin a short prānāyāma (focus on breath) experience to calm the nervous system and prepare it for deep meditation.

You are then guided into a relaxing meditation which is designed to penetrate your energy field using specific sounds and musical notes.

After this meditation, we will discuss any insights or experiences you have had and I will guide you to understand what these insights could be telling you.

We then end with a Vedic meditation through sound or chant and become more deeply connected with ourselves.
