When life is just too much
At some point, we’ve all felt when life is just too much so in this episode, I’m sharing a vulnerable and very honest account of going through a low point.
This wasn’t a scripted or planned show and I’m not even sure what the message is but if it’s relatable, if it resonates, please let me know.
The biggest message is probably not to quit. Just keep going because you have greatness to share in this world and the world will miss it if you don’t.
So don’t succumb to when life is just too much. Take stock, reflect, be compassionate, take a break but just don’t quit.
In an interesting turn of events, I had an extremely emotional moment whilst recording the latest *Bonus* show of the Self Care 101 Podcast.
I was planning on video recording the show to use for short snippets as the plan was to create a motivating episode.
But.. be it mercury retrograde, my low energy today, or the fact that my birthday is approaching, I got very emotional.
I’ve decided to leave it in the show as it provides context towards passion and purpose – having a why.
