I was initially skeptical that a life coach could add value, but I was wrong, it's about finding the right coach for you, with the right communication style that gets through- Puja will meet you where you are and give it to you straight. When I lost my job as the pandemic came upon us, I was stripped of all my confidence and self esteem and she helped me rebuild my professional and personal confidence. I had become overwhelmed by stress and exhaustion due to the high expectations I had set for myself and I was becoming physically unwell in response to the pressure. I had also internalised my paranoia of biased perceptions of me and how this would impact my prospects.
