Yes, SELF Care 101 is back. I had a serious wobble and I’m going to share that with you later in the show but first, let’s address why it happened because there’s a huge learning here for us all. We must give ourselves permission to slow down.
A few weeks ago, I started my day as normal. I woke up before everyone else, had some alone time for gratitude, meditation and my to do list. Got my son ready for school (no dramas), got myself dressed and dropped him to school. When I came home, I sat at my desk, ready for the day and within about 2 minutes, I felt the urge to cry. Why?
