One of the best ways to overcome insecurities is to move through them. If you’re working on something that you want to do and that brings you joy, trust yourself to do your best and then push through. Don’t be attached to the outcome, let it go and see what happens. More often than not, it’s not as bad as you thought it would be and you actually feel pretty good about yourself for pushing through the insecurity towards success.
Something to remember is that success is subjective. Launching my Youtube channel has a number of different markers for success that include creating, posting, being consistent and then the numbers. Insecurities can stop your success if you only have one measure for that success. Next time you embark on something that scares you, create a few different success goals so that you can measure small progress that will help you keep going.
