What happens at a Retreat?

Time for rest

The first shift is often the simplest.

You step out of your usual responsibilities — work, home, decisions, constant input — and into an environment where everything is taken care of.

Days are intentionally spacious.

Rest might look like walking, swimming, reading, sitting quietly, or simply doing nothing at all.

For many people, it’s the first time in a long time that they’ve truly stopped.

Time to reconnect

As things begin to settle, something starts to open up.

Through guided sessions and gentle conversation, you begin to reconnect with yourself in a clearer, more natural way.

There’s space to notice what’s been underneath the surface, and to understand what you actually need — without pressure to analyse or fix anything.

Some insight comes through naturally. Some things simply soften.

By the end of the retreat, the shift is often subtle but significant.

We'll do some mindful activities or an excursion mid-morning.

The afternoon is time to walk, rest, read, reflect, or simply be.
Usually a quiet evening, which may include entertainment.
