Booking & cancellations
Bookings are confirmed upon payment and are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled with at least 1 hour’s notice. Sessions require a minimum number of participants; if this is not met, an alternative date or full refund will be offered. Late entry may not be possible once the session has begun.

Health & wellbeing
These sessions are designed to support rest and relaxation but are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. If you are currently experiencing severe mental health difficulties, or have any medical conditions that may be affected by breathwork, sound or deep relaxation (including pregnancy, epilepsy, respiratory conditions or sound sensitivity), please consult a healthcare professional before attending.

You are encouraged to listen to your body at all times and participate at your own pace. You are free to step out or rest at any point, and participation in reflective or sharing elements is always optional.

What to bring
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion or support for your knees/back, notebook and pen, and water. Wear something comfortable and bring anything you need to feel warm and supported during the session.
