A special treat for you this week with my Self-Esteem Meditation.
Enjoy this meditation before bedtime. Listen whilst still awake but if you fall asleep, it’s ok, the affirmations will still resonate to your subconscious.

Benefits of a Self-Esteem Meditation
Positive Affirmations: This Self-esteem meditation incorporates positive affirmations. By repeating affirmations like “I am worthy,” “I believe in myself,” or “I deserve happiness,” you can reprogram your subconscious mind to focus on positive self-perceptions.
Mindfulness and Awareness: Meditation encourages you to be present in the moment. By cultivating mindfulness, you become more aware of your thoughts and feelings without judgment. This awareness allows you to identify and challenge negative self-talk, helping you to have a more positive and compassionate self-view.
Cultivating Self-Love: This Self-esteem meditation will guide you to develop a sense of self-love and self-compassion. By acknowledging and accepting yourself, flaws and all, you can build a stronger foundation for higher self-esteem.
