Did you know that you can build mental resilience? It’s not actually something you’re born with so when you think you’re not able to build resilience, I’m afraid, you’re missing out on an opportunity for growth that’s totally within your reach.
However, like learning any new skill, you have to be willing to do the work to build resilience. It’s not easy but it’s also not hard, it’s different. Change requires you to be flexible and open to acquiring different skills in order for you to grow and be the person you want to be.
