When we’re young and at school, we have lots of discipline around us. You could say that we have many rules in our lives. But when we’ve finished studying, there’s this period of time where we get to do whatever we want and most of us do.
Then we coast through our 20’s doing all these things we want to do but with no real discipline. Enter our 30’s and everything seems just that little bit harder. Our dreams and goals are bigger but we’re unable to do the work involved to get us to where we want to go.
This is where discipline comes into play. It’s the ultimate gamechanger and it’s not easy. You are literally changing your life when you commit to discipline.
