Do you feel pressure to achieve life goals? It’s a ‘real-talk’ episode. I know the others are too but this one might hit a little harder because I know soooo many of us are feeling this way.
I’m talking about how to stop feeling the pressure of achieving your life goals. You know, get your career to a certain point, make the millions in your business. Find the perfect partner, settle down, have the kids or have the pets. The holidays, the memories, the retirement fund, the holiday home all by the time you’re [insert specific age goal here].
Now I’m not going to tell you that you can’t have it all – hell no, what kind of life coach would I be? But I am going to tell you that it might not happen the way you think it’s going to happen. And that my friends is the biggest difference between those that do and those that don’t.
I am also going to dive into a few more truths that you need to know because I want you to have whatever your heart desires. I’ll do whatever I can, to help you get there.
Another point to note is your mindset. If you really want to stop feeling the pressure to achieve your life goals, you will need to re-frame the way you a) look at life and b) deal with doing it your own way.
This means in order to actually change the way you do things, the way you achieve your goals, you need to be willing to be laser-focussed on your own path and ignore everything else.
