In this episode I’m going to talk about how to stop putting pressure on yourself. There’s a difference between putting pressure on yourself and it leading to negative outcomes and excelling at what you want to do.
In this show I will talk about the symptoms of putting too much pressure on ourselves and how that can harm us. I will also go into some discussion about NLP and how working towards excellence includes compassion for self, acceptance of failure and resilience.
I’ve talked about this topic in previous shows but this time we’re going to go a little deeper and share some helpful NLP techniques to further strengthen change.
As always, I’ll be giving some tips to help you move forward and make better decisions for when you do put too much pressure on yourself.
