I know the connection between my mother and my self-worth and it has taken almost 9 years for me to be able to not react when she does or says anything that might make me regress into child ego-state. This work takes time and practice plus tons of awareness on your part but I promise – having done the work – you will feel so much more free, liberated and know who you are much better.
