Welcome to Season 5 of the SELF Care 101 podcast, hosted by Life Coach, Puja K McClymont
This season is about getting to know your Self better so that you can experience life on a whole new level. Thank you so much for listening today.
And I’m back. That was a much longer break than I had planned for the show but it was definitely needed. To my loyal listeners, thank you for still being here and bearing with me. For new listeners, welcome, this show is about being real and supporting each other in this thing called life.
I’m starting the new season with a topic that’s resonated with me these past few months and one that I think more of us should tap into for better wellbeing and most importantly for taking our experience of life to the next level.
Because too many of us follow the path that everyone else expects us to follow. That may work for some people but for many, at some point in life, they realise that what they’re doing doesn’t actually equate to the happiness and fulfilment they thought it would bring.
We know this story, don’t we? For those of you who have been here for a while, you’ll know about the expectations of others and why it’s so important for us to follow the call of going against the status quo but how can we do it without risking everything that keeps us safe and secure?
Well that’s what I’m delving into in today’s episode. I’ll be sharing why it’s so important to follow your soul’s bliss and how you can do it without compromising other important areas of your life.
