Today I want us to change the way we see ourselves and our job titles.
We are not what we do. You cannot be defined by the job you’re doing. You are so much more than that.
In this episode, I want to show you how to let go of the job title as your personal identity and instead move towards the true definition of who you are. You can then step into the most authentic version of yourself and achieve the life you so deserve to be living, your extraordinary life.
Ancient wisdom tells us that if we only see ourselves based on our job or external roles, we miss out on understanding ourselves fully. We also miss out on discovering our natural leadership abilities. True leadership happens when we go beyond just our job or title and recognise the deeper, universal parts of who we are.
History therefore says that we didn’t need to or may not have always defined ourselves by our job titles. So how can we separate our Selves from the work we do and still be proud of our achievements?
How can you define your personal identity?
