At times life can be a bit foggy and you’ll look for ways to get out of a funk. One of the core culprits of being in a funk is monotony. If your life plays out in pretty much the same way, day in, day out, you’ll get bored. If you really want to get out of a funk, you’ll need to shake things up a little.
It may sound pointless but channelling your creativity will have a huge impact on how you feel. If all you do is get up, go to work and then tend to your evening to-do-list, you’re going to get bored. You need an outlet that helps creativity flow because it will help you feel less stressed and get you excited by life. It can also give you a sense of purpose.
