In the last episode I started to talk to you about a method I’ve coined called Space Time Intention which helps you create a better quality of life. It’s something I’ve been doing with my clients over the years but never really put it into a term as such.
In order to create a better quality of life, most of us need more time. We struggle to find time in our days and the years go by with the same struggle of finding time. I see this a lot in my practice. From clients who say they can only do evening sessions through to those that say they can’t wake up earlier. However, the time they need does exist. They just need to look at time differently to the way they have been.
We all use time in a way that makes us feel as though we’re being efficient and productive. People tend to fill time constantly in a bid to appear productive. We tend to forget that there are moments in the time we schedule that we can use to make us happy.
In order to do this, we first need to create space. Space to look at our lives as a whole and to define what it is we want from our lives. To create a better quality of life, making more space to step back and look at where we can create time can be a game-changer.
