Make the most of your life
In this episode, I’m sharing a special tool I use in my practice that will help you to make the most of your life. It’s called the Space Time Intention Method. Imagine the three words as a triangle. Space links to time which links to intention which links to space etc.
The Space Time Intention Method takes inspiration from Ayurveda and Yoga principles. This makes it all the more interesting. I coined the method before I came across a Deepak Chopra article supporting it.
