This is Season 3 episode 112 and this is the final episode of the Self Care 101 podcast. It’s also the introduction of the new show: Frankly Coaching – the podcast for change-makers.
In today’s episode I’m exploring the 12 stages of burnout and what you can do to help yourself if you resonate with any of them.
I’ve chosen this topic because the prevention of burnout is at the core of what I do. Even though I’ve already covered burnout in the Self Care 101 podcast, I wanted to create this particular burnout episode in the style of the new show. Burnout can be a self-perpetuating cycle if we don’t stop and reevaluate. This should be a show you can come back to time and time again, when you’re not feeling your best.
By identifying the 12 stages of burnout, my aim is to help you to be brilliant at what you do and how you live. You are the change-maker the world needs. My hope is that this podcast, and my work, will support you to achieve your ambitions with impact, purpose and fulfilment.
